This private coaching experience is designed for parents who want to go deeper. Using your Enneagram type as a lens for growth, we’ll explore the patterns behind your reactions and communication style so you can show up with more awareness, empathy, and calm.
You’ll gain the insight and strategies to transform your inner world — and, in turn, your connection with your child.

The Connection Compass
Guided support, shared learning, real change.
Over 12 weeks, this small-group coaching container helps you understand your communication patterns, reduce stress responses, and navigate conflict with confidence. You’ll gain clarity, build community, and practice new tools that create genuine connection at home. This is a virtual group that is limited to a maximum of 12 participants per group to ensure space for exploration. We select monthly meeting times that work for the group once it is formed. Calm Within

Teens and young adults today face constant pressure — social, academic, and emotional — leaving many feeling overwhelmed or unsure how to express themselves.
Calm Within offers individual coaching, conveniently available evenings or weekends, that helps them understand what drives their reactions, quiet inner chaos, and communicate their needs with confidence.
Your young person discovers their unique personality type — and how it shifts in moments of stress and growth — to ground each session & work with the coach to develop customized tools that create real, lasting change.
By learning to regulate emotions and harness their strengths, participants move from reactivity to resilience, reducing conflict and building meaningful, empowered connections in every area of their lives.

Common Ground
Transform recurring conflict into authentic communication.
When the same argument keeps resurfacing — about independence, expectations, or respect — it’s rarely about the issue itself.
Common Ground creates a supportive, guided space for parents and teens or young adults (up to age 22) to listen, understand, and communicate with greater empathy and clarity.
Through a series of joint and brief individual sessions, families learn to recognize patterns, express needs, and replace defensiveness with dialogue.
Most families will choose to do this work over 90 days. By the end, you’ll both have practical tools for authentic communication and a renewed sense of trust, connection, and mutual respect. Because every relationship deserves a way back to understanding!

The Connected Parent Map is a simple practical framework designed to help you understand your parenting style. What validates your parenting? What stresses you and a place you could use support? What would support look like? How do you leverage your strengths to connect with your child. You invest 45 minutes of your time and receive a written roadmap you can reference for years to come

Compass Check Coaching
For the moments that you need a little more guidance, a coach is just one voice note or text away. You get a thoughtful response within 48 hours. This can be added on to a coaching package or be a stand-alone monthly subscription. You use it as often for as long as you need it.
